We had the most magnificent week with you and the property was even better than we could of hoped

Fab stay over new year. Property has lots of space, bedrooms are great, not huge, but fine - with en-suite or nearby private toilet and shower room. Kitchen is fantastic- everything you need. Hot tub and deck are great. The highlight is the fire in the living space - super and cosy space to relax in evenings. Can technically ski in and out, but it’s dependent on the right snow. We caught bus from immediately at top of slope above chalet up to Mottaret which took less than two minutes. Corinne (host) is super helpful and gave us great advice and support during the week.

This chalet, its location, and NY were nice. But my review about a greedy Mrs. Owner. I sent the order for this chalet from 27 Dec to 4 Jan. (8 nights) for X EUR Mrs. Owner asked for changing dates because she offered only Saturday to Saturday - OK It would be 29 Dec to 5 Jan. (7nights) for... X EUR minus 1 night. I asked about changing the total price, she told me that it impossible (HomeAway cant allow it) and I needed to reorder. OK. I reordered, and I saw the price for 7night €Y (minus just 50% at 1 night) anddd her extra charge for VIP 50% at 1 night!. I asked what was the mean EXTRA FEE. Mrs. Owner said that it was for cleaning!!!!! and shampoo and gel for a shower. Need to say that cleaning was incredibly bad or her helper didn't answer us and got for us helper's helper (she was a Russian girl whose all time said that she didn't know anything about chalet. And of course we didn't have enough towels for all people, but I sent all the amount in the first letter. However, Mrs. Owner's helper didn't answer us. About the chalet, in the title, you can see one the most important lie - ski-in ski-out (it's lie, position between a road and a river), so no ski-in, no ski-out (I see that she has already changed the title of the chalet) And for the end the most sweeet. One of my friend forgot a bracelet at the chalet. Wrote the Helper's russian girl, she answered in 3 days and found that. Asked address and maybe it will be a miracle. Heheh. Mrs. Owner and her Helper now asked for returning this silver Tiffany bracelet 300 EUR, not a price for delivery NO NO They want money for returning bracelet which cost is 310 EUR. Don't get the same rake. Avoid this madam and her helpers. Peace. and Happy New Year
