😊: Beautiful airy apartment right in the center of Toulouse. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Kitchen was good, bathroom good. Only thing to note was no lift and apartment is in the 3rd floor but this was not a problem for us at all. Had an issue with tv but this was sorted and communication with the agents was excellent.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Location, cleanliness, fast response from host. 😢: Small things, but they really matter: if there are washing and dishwasher machine in the apartment- there have to be washing powder and dishwasher tablets. It’s so easy and almost no cost to leave 1-2 units, instead of guests wasting their time to look for it in supermarket. Also garbage bags..
