It was so quiet and private. A whole house all to yourself with no shared walls.It felt secure and homey. We loved it.

The furniture is dated but the house was spotlessly cleaned. Owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend this Vrbo to family and friends.

Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. Our main purpose was to have a home base to visit wine chateaus and it was perfect for that.

Fantastic stay, lovely apartment, close to Bordeaux, to other interesting places such: Bergerac, Libourne, St Emilion, Cap Ferret, Lacanau Ocean car needed.Awesome and helpful landlords, strongly recommend

I could easily access the wine regions from The property: St Emillion, Margaux and of course Medoc. Also the coastal areas of the Basin d’ Arcachon and Soulac sur Mer were a great day’s outing. The cottage itself is wonderfully nostalgic with lovely retro furniture and bric a brac. The amenities: fridge, new toaster, kettle and coffee maker were good to have. The washing machine threw me a bit so I didn’t use it- unfamiliar with that type of machine. Loved the shuttered doors opening on to a walkway and the alfresco dining area beyond. If I return to the greater Bordeaux area.. I would love to stay here again

The property is good value for money and the proprietors are very welcoming. The decor is dated and the wifi was insufficient for business use. But everything you need is there and the location makes it a handy base for visiting chateaux both on the Medoc and in Pessac Leognan. I enjoyed my stay.

My friend was unable to join me because of covid restrictions but I still went for a few days' break and it was perfect. I've been before and, although there are lots of places to visit, this property is also great just to relax and get away from it all. Like last time, I found the property super clean, well equipped and the hosts really welcoming. I'll be booking again for next year!

Charming bungalow surrounded by a large garden. Very comfortable and unbelievably well equipped - better than home! The owners made us feel like family and even brought a neighbour round to speak to us in English. We'll definitely come again!
