😊: The apartment was very well equipped, clean, and with lots of style. Conveniently localized in the center of Beaune, but calm, everything could be easily reached by walking. Everything was really fine.. 😢: Parking in the end worked out at the "ring" street, but for someone not familiar with the city this initially caused some hassle..

😊: Very spacious apartment located in the town. Easy walk from the train station. Great to have the vinyl lps to play during the week. Sweet courtyard garden to sit in to eat breakfast. Very well equipped kitchen, with excellent coffee machine. There are kitchen basics available to use, tea, coffee, oil, herbs etc, once you find them! Open all the kitchen cupboards. Good to have a fan. The apartment was cool, but it was 39 degrees outside during our stay.. 😢: Only things missing were an ice cube tray, oven gloves, and extra toilet rolls. Otherwise all was superb..

😊: Great apartment, great location, nicely themed around music. Lovely place to stay.. 😢: Sadly, whilst there is a sensible noise curfew at 10pm, we had a whole load of people in the courtyard at around 2am making a huge amount of noise on our first night..

😊: Great apartment and location. 😢: Pre checking was a terrible experience. Got a message two days before checkin that they would not give us checkin details because they had not been paid. Checked in the app and saw they were not due to be paid yet. So I pressed the pay now button and sent them a message via the Booking.com app. Got an email back saying the Booking.com message didn't meet their security requirements and they gave me another email address to write to. Sent that address a message saying the payment was made and requesting chechin details. Next day Got another message still saying they had not received the payment and would not give checkin details. Rang them and they said there was a city tax to be paid. We asked how can we pay it because we couldn't do it through the Booking.com. They said they would call back. They did not call back and on the day of checkin we Got the same message again that they would not give us checkin details. Rang them again . Got the same story. We said we Rang previously and got no rely. They could answer how we are supposed to pay the city tax before we arrive and that they needed to talk to someone. We asked to stay on the line while they sorted it out as it was only a couple of hours to checkin but they hung up on us. Rang Booking.com in London and they sorted it out in minutes. Totally unnecessary stress caused by the accommodation manager!.
