😊: Location was just perfect, a nice place in the very center..

😊: I reviewed the incorrect studio by mistake this evening. Apologies.The collection of keys was not easy with heavy luggage. I couldn't find a light for the shower area. The aircon was very noisy. Place needs updating and the entrance hall/staircase dark and scruffy. I didn't find the owner terribly friendly to be honest but she did answer questions promptly to be fair. The location was excellent. I would in future book hotels.. 😢: Lighting was very poor and the aircon was very noisy making sleeping difficult. The timer on the lighting on the stairwell was too short - dangerous. The toilet area needs decorating..

😊: Excellent location and easy to find. 😢: Furnishings a bit old, toilet walls need to be painted and toilet smelt a bit off but it was comfortable for me and provided a few days to rest which was all I needed.

😊: Location: excellent! Locate in the city centre. We could walk from the apartment to all of the scenic spots. Spacious with a small kitchen where we can do some simple cooking. Easy to collect the keys with clear instruction by email. Big supermarket (Monoprix) just around the corner, less than 5 mins walk Attractive price in comparing with other apartments in the district.. 😢: Toilet: smelly, leakage of the sitting toilet which was very terrible and cause hygienic concerns. Lighting in public area: there was no lift (which we were well informed when we booked it, hence no complaint about this) and we had to carry the luggage upstairs but there was no light in the stairway. It was dark and we had to use the torch of our cell phone to light our way. It was quite dangerous and had the risk of fall, especially for the seniors or those carrying big luggage. The owner was not responsive: we texted to inform the owner that one of the light in the house was out of order but we received no response..

😊: Had air con and a comfortable bed and was in a great location. 😢: There wasn’t really anywhere to hang clothes but I made do and it was fine. It would benefit from a proper knife and chopping board so you can cut fruit, veg, cheese and bread..
