😊: This was a carefully thought through house for renters. Very clean and tastefully furnished with plenty of cooking & eating facilities. Really liked that there were plenty of fans but even more impressed that the things that always cause concern were well covered eg. plenty of wash liquid, soap and loo paper. Also plenty of extention leads for charging phones, tablets etc .Location super with convenient shops very close. Owners responded immediately to queries/ concerns. Their tea shop in Carennac also sold the best cakes.. 😢: Nothing, all perfect..

😊: Fabulous apartment, centrally located, homely and cosy. I didn't get to meet the host, but very easy check in & out, (in fact Jason kindly let me know I could check in earlier if I was already in Beaulieu, & on day of my check out, I could stay in longer than the 11am if I wanted since no one else was arriving that day.) Which was very much appreciated. Modern, and very nicely decorated with everything you might need. Comfortable, well furnished, warm (heating was needed and worked well). Excellent location. Tucked away at the end of side street, but at the same time only a stone's throw from both of the main squares, where free parking is available.. 😢: If stairs are a problem for you then this isn't the place. Parking wasn't a problem, (lots of spaces, at least in late September) & definitely best to park on either of the squares. (I wouldn't attempt to navigate your way / try to get closer to the 'front door').

😊: We spent a week here on a cycling holiday. The location is great for a mix of rides along the Dordogne or some routes with more climbing, and Mirabel is a great base for this sort of holiday. The house has lots of space, the kitchen is really well equipped, and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. We were delighted to find that the house has a large cellar, with a secure space to store bikes, charge lights, and wash and dry clothes. For an active holiday we could not have asked for more. The town itself is also great - we were really spoiled with the choice of restaurants, patisseries and bakeries..
