😊: Very well situated for many excellent beaches and the lively town of Royan. Good air con unit in the front room as well of shared use of a good size pool opposite the mobile home. All facilities indoors in good working order, a big fridge freezer. Good Wi-fi to be signed in every day, easy process. Good size tv working well (Orange) Good strong shower. Comfy beds.. 😢: Not very clean on arrival, not enough bin bags or loo paper but shops are not far away..
