Good value and would come...<br>#128578; Location was great. Kitchen was good. Spacious. Quiet.<br>#128577; No aircon or fan. 2nd bed only a sofa and uncomfortable. Toilet too separate from en suite. Views not good and workers smoking out window. No wifi which should be standard.

The location of this apartment is superb, right in the middle of La Rochelle. However before you book this property please ensure that you read the terms and conditions. On payment of the rental fee we received a copy of the terms and conditions which state you have to collect the keys from the agency which is approx 10 minutes in a car, you also have to collect the bed linen and towels, there is a fee for these items, you have to make the bed on arrival. As the apartment is in the town there is no parking, we eventually found a free car park which was approximately 10-15 minutes walk, not ideal if you have to carry the shopping back. There is no outside space or a balcony or a view as you are in the middle of the building. There is a constant humming noise from the industrial fan from the restaurants below. We had to keep the windows open as there is no air conditioning or a fan. On departure you have to return the keys to the agency. We had a great time but would not stay here again.
