Modern design apartment only 150 m away from Palais des Festival

A fantastic apartment in a great location! Very clean and tidy, comfortable and roomy with p!enty of space for 4 adults. Overall we had a wonderful time in Cannes and can't wait to return. Thank you to our hosts!

An amazing space equipped with everything you need. Slept five adults comfortably. Location was great we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach.

Festival Apartment was a great place to stay. It was perfectly situated, as advertised, clean and well-maintained. The property manager made everything easy, from booking to arrival to departure. They are friendly and responsive. We were in Cannes for an annual conference at the Palais, and we hope to stay at Festival Apartment from now on. Thank you, Marie, Frederic and Claus. This apartment is in a great location and is very affordable, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living space, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. We were very comfortable for our week in Cannes. The owner is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He guided us to a very reasonably-priced parking garage close by where we arranged to keep our rental car for the week (no parking on the narrow, one-way street the apartment is on). We were able to walk all over town from the apartment and were able to quickly get the car for longer rides to Nice and Monaco. Americans will find the showers tiny but we had no trouble getting showers as needed. We searched for hotels in the area prior to our visit but nothing can come close to the cost, convenience, space, and amenities of this apartment. We've rented apartments and condos through homeaway.com in Vermont, Montana, Bulgaria, and now Cannes. We recommend this apartment -- and this owner -- very highly.

The apartment is lovingly furnished, smack in the middle of everything and the owner is totally cordial. But we shouldn't recommend it too much, otherwise it will be constantly booked and we can't return as often as we would like to : )

Hello everybody. This year was our first time in this appartement but second time we cooperated with the owner. Both times we got a fast reply, fair prices and all the information we needed for the arrival. This appartement is very nice. With great interior, clean and new. Very important to mention the service in Cannes itself. We would do it again.

Hi to everybody, I have been in this appartment several times and its always a pleasure to be here, since you have got everything you need, also when you are here in a group. In particular the fact, that you have two bathrooms is very convenient. And its right in the heart of the city. If you fall out of the door, you stand right in front of the Palais de Festival. Don't miss the experience of staying at this appartment!
