Modern flat in Paris - Heart of XVIème

😊: The property was very clean.. 😢: The washing machine was not working well..

😊: Location. 😢: Not clean, the carpet was flipped upside down to hide the spots and stains, they was food crumbs under the carpet and sofa. sofa had stains and the apartment didn’t smell good. The utensils in the kitchen were not clean and I had to reclean everything. The closets had many bags with towels and I couldn’t use the space. Not enough pillows ans the ones there are not comfortable not good material. 2nd floor no elevator which is not mentioned, had to carry 9 bags up and down the stairs.

😊: Location. Shops nearby. Restaurants and cafe close by. Bus available right outside apartment. Comfy for small family. Quite and peaceful area. Facilties to cook and washing within property. There are plenty of clean towels and bedsheets in the property.. 😢: All electric apparatus are outdated. The washing machine was a struggle to operate. Electric cooker was very, very slow and had issues when it got hot. There is only one fan for two rooms. The apartment is on the second floor, so it might be difficult for carrying bags and prams. As the rooms are fairly small, the large furniture takes up too much space. Limited cooking pots and with no lids..

Very pleased to find a...<br>#128578; Our host was exceptional. The video explained how to get to the apartment very clearly and was brilliant Xavier was very considerate and the apartment was well thought out to be comfortable.<br>#128577; Table was a little wobbly.
