Modern house with private pool, close to the beach

we liked the house and especially the pool very much! also the near distance to the beaches, restaurants and bakery/supermarkets was very good! we like to come back!

Fantastic house for a family of 6 or more people. Home has all modcons and services. Very close to shops and StCyprien plage cafes. Safe, secure and beautiful surroundings. Great villa to relax in.

We have recently returned from a fabulous 2 weeks holiday at this fantastic house. We were on holiday with our son and daughter aged 7 and 12 and the house and location is ideal for a family! It is the first holiday we have been on that we did not feel ready to leave and go home! It is furnished extremely well with a wonderful contemporary feel to it. The house is very spacious and well equipped (the children really liked the fridge with the ice dispenser during the hot days) and the lounge certainly had the wow factor with its high ceiling! The pool is a fantastic size (approx 8m x 4m) with steps that go down to a deep pool which we all loved! Only 2 minutes walk away is a lovely local bakery that does amazing cakes, bread and croissants and a good supermarket next door. There are plenty of places to visit locally including the lovely beaches, small towns with many restaurants and the Aqualand and Crazy Golf for the children. There is a lovely park on your doorstep with a pond with many pathways to walk too. Collioure, a wonderful Medieval town is a must to visit (15 mins away) as is the famous city Carcasonne. We even had a great day trip to Barcelona and the mountains! The owner was very polite and responsive with his replies to emails and our contact person Mazhar in France was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend the property and would like to return ourselves someday!
