Modern house with swimming pool close to the beach

The house and pool are great, close to lovely surf beach etc Annick the owner is really lovely and helpful but our stay was ruined by mosquitoes. You need to pack repellent! Unless we were just unlucky… Annick provided some coils and plug-ins.

Séjour au top dans cette super villa où il ne manque rien et où tout est bien pensé pour une grande famille. Annick a été très chaleureuse et aux petits soins pour que l’on profite au mieux, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons avez plaisir!

Nous avons adoré : l’emplacement à 800 mètres a pied de l’océan, maison moderne, joliment décorée et très bien équipée, l’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et sa gentille attention, le jardin clôturé parfait pour les animaux domestiques. Nous reviendrons plus longtemps la prochaine fois 😉

Excellent stay at 'ma petite folie'. Easy and speedy communication and support from our host and great location for exploring the coastline. Heated pool was much appreciated in October and sunny days enabled us to still enjoy the terrace. Bikes on site were good fun, though with the time of year there is very little open in the area so a car was necessary..

The house and it's location were perfect for our family with boys of 16 and 18 years and their two friends of 18 years old. A spacious house, a diversity of activities and at walking distance of the main street for a drink.

I simply can’t fault this property! The location is ideal...in a quiet street but only a short walk to both the beach and the main village area. Perfect for morning walks to get the croissants! The checkin process was straightforward and contact with the owners and their rep was easy and response was fast. The house itself was the perfect size for us (a family of 5) with all the things we needed for our stay, including beach towels, a great bbq and some adult sized bikes. The pool was shaded during the few hours from late morning to around 4.30pm but in the heat this was exactly what we needed. It was a perfect temperature too...our 8 year old practically lived in it and has perfected his crawl now! The owners were especially considerate of us during the week and came over to add an extra shade to the patio area when the temperature reached the high 30’s! The house doesn’t have a/c but there is enough shade on different sides of the house to manage the heat in the house well. The Labenne-Ocean area is ideal as a base to travel to both Bordeaux to the north and San Sebastián to the south, each being places we had wanted to visit. We wouldn’t hesitate in going back to the same house again in the future!
