Modern house with swimming pool in the heart of Pessac

My wife, my 2 teens and I had a wonderful holiday in Pessac, staying at Xavier’s house. We hadn’t heard of Pessac before but the location was perfect…5 mins walk from the house to Pessac town, which enjoys a great range of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Also a 5 mins walk was the train station which gave direct access to Bordeaux Gare St Jean, just 10 mins from Pessac, and direct access to Arcachon, just 50 mins on the train. There’s also a bus service from Pessac to the centre of Bordeaux. Xavier made us feel very welcome with a video tour of the house before we arrived, and everything was in order when we arrived. The house is beautiful and is particularly impressive on the ground floor, with great access to the back garden and the pool. Beside the house is a lovely little park and we enjoyed some great entertainment and food in the park during our stay. Thanks Xavier and your family for a very enjoyable visit to Pessac/Bordeaux.

Everything is perfect and beautiful, inside and outside. The pool is extremely pleasant and the house and the garden are nicely decorated and very spacious. It is even better than on the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet next to a parc and close to the shops, restaurants and public transportation.
