Modern loft in Paris Montreuil

😊: The apartment is great, very well designed, with enough equipment. The patio is great for meals outside. Accommodations for a close group of 4. Good metro connections, supermarkets, bakery and parking around. Quiet neighborhood, save property.. 😢: Check in codes delayed. Had a problem with one interior door, solved by us. We accidentally broke the fan (essencial, the apartment is hot, upstairs mostly during the heatwave) the day before we left. Try to communicate immediately with the owner via booking. No response for more than a week, just -90€ in the payment/guaranty deposit (similar fan between 40/70€, we checked)..

😊: Location is great. Close to metro station and a nice neighbourhood Garden is nice. 😢: Services are new but not totally comfortable (especially bathroom) Apartament is very cold, heaters do not works Many problems with caution. They ask 500 euro; debit cards are not accepted Staff do not answer the requests.
