😊: The property was very clean and extremely well equipped. Location was amazing!. 😢: No escalator, but this was communicated beforehand, so no problem!.

😊: nice supermarket and bakery close by. 😢: It was a very bad experience. They have a lot of hidden fees, some written in the house, some only told on the phone, like paying 20€ for a "late" check-in at 7.20 pm or fees for not folding the sheets when you leave (???) or staining them. This after paying extra to have them. The worst part is that you have to opt-in for the sheets and towels, otherwise you end up (like us) spending the night without. At least make it something you have to opt-out from or leave a spare in the wardrobe. This fees, of course, have to be paid in cash with no receipt released. this really ruins your stay. If they had a flat fee of 100€ for cleaning, I think it would have been a nicer experience. Besides that, there isn't much hot water (not for two people to shower in a row), the bed is small and the apartment is a 3rd floor without an elevator. There isn't much space for the personal items because the wardrobe is full of stuff.
