Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles sauber, ruhig gelegen mit schönem Blick auf Monaco.

I came to stay with 4 friends for my birthday week. We booked because of the ideal location, but the property was even nicer than we expected. Plenty of space in the living area as well as the beautiful patio, garden and views. It felt more like a home than a holiday rental. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to easily prepare meals. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all lovely too. Finally the hosts! Patrick was very responsive to our online queries in advance, and made us feel very comfortable with our booking choices. At the property we met Sophie, who checked us in and out and made us feel very welcome. Sophie (and Patrick) clearly love the property, and they seemed to get pleasure from sharing it. My only caution would be that Patrick told us to get a taxi the first time, and not attempt to walk up to the property with luggage. He was correct. it is a steep climb carrying luggage! Absolutely would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in the beauty of the Cote d'Azur. Thank you Sophie and Patrick!

The property had everything one needed to just unpack personal items and groceries withoutmissinga beat! There were lots of small touches and conveniences that often go overlooked in a rental property. The hosts were wonderful, and it was obvious they love this property. The gardens are not to be missed. Be mindful that the amazing view and quiet comes with the price of being in a remote location.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr schönes Objekt. Leider hatten wir bei unserem Besuch eine Baustelle im Nachbargebäude.

Très bel endroit la vue est juste sublime, Patrick et son épouse sont adorable et très accueillant. La maison est propre et très calme. Nous avons adoré.

The house is perfectly located to explore the cote d azur. The patio is wonderful and the views are stunning. The house has everything you need and the back yard pétanque court is a fun way to spend the evening

We absolutely loved the place and the host was Wonderful! The house is cosy and exceptionally clean, everything we needed was in there. The terrace is the best place to be and the view is just magnificent! The location is perfect and very quite, though having a car is a must.
