😊: The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. A great advantage is the private underground parking garage, which is very convenient.. 😢: There is no Wi-Fi, which is a serious issue, especially considering the location on the border between France and Monaco, where mobile signal is very weak. Also, the apartment is located quite far from Monaco if you go on foot. You either need to drive everywhere or plan one longer walk, as going back and forth several times a day is not really possible..
