The kitchen in the room and sink made a water noise throughout the night and the quality of the pillow was not good

I would say cleaning could be improved: sheets were dirty

The hotel is part of the university and difficult to get to with the one way system in Toulouse. Definitely read the instructions with the booking as this will help. An okay hotel which is functional with a spacious but uninspiring room.

This was a really fun place to stay - in a university! Right in the action of a cool area, 2 min walk to the trams, great cafes and restaurants nearby, the city Centre a short walk. Clean, easy, quiet, comfortable - so good we stayed an extra night. And Toulouse is a great city.

Wifi rubbish Reception staff poor, with bad communication regarding car parking which we had to pay for

It was extremely hot when we visited Toulouse and the property didn’t have air conditioning. They did have fans which helped a lot

Friendly staff with quick to get information. Cheap parking and the location good walkable to city center and many restaurants around. Breakfast also cheap and big enough option for that price. Only negative side was that some dishes were not so cleaned from the visitors before me or longer. Not sure if staff controls the situation.
