😊: The location is amazing And it’s perfect for 4 people. 😢: The amenities are not included like toilet paper, shampoo, etc.

😊: We got a text on day we were travelling in Paris- to say we needed to download an app. I was travelling and didn’t read until near apartments. My phone was nearly dead. The link was also broken. I had to call host/ really stressed as phone was very low on battery. The host didn’t answer. 3 times we had to call. It was extremely stressful and we should have been made aware of this before the day.. 😢: It felt dirty, the instructions to connect to internet were also wrong. The shampoo didn’t work properly. The app accessing door worked fine once we were able to download app..

😊: The location is easy to find. The nuki lock is easy to use.. 😢: We have a very bad experience. When we come, the apartemen is underconstruction and the lift doesnt work, we get room at 3rd floor, so we take out luggage through spiral trap. The owner don't know about the construction and he said it's the management who know it. Which is this is rare. No water bottle available. One of the warmer cannot works for the room, so it's cold inside. The closet is full of clutter. So we cannot put anything inside it. We leave the apartement at 16.00 o'clock, to get dinner and walk around. When we go back to the apartment around 22.00 o'clock, we get a problem to open the door to get inside the apartment lobby. The door code isn't work, the door is locked, It's all dark, no lights. We try to contact the owner, but the respons is very late. It turns out the electriciteit is off because of the construction. Someone who live in the other building of the apartment tell us that. The owner tell us to get the key from the bike parking area, but the key is not for the door. So, the door still not open. Our luggage is still in the appartemen, and tommorow we need to go back and our train ticket is at 08.17 in the morning. We ask the owner to give us the solution, at least we can take our luggage. We stuck until 2 o'clock outside. The owner tell us that he will send us to another place to sleep. And the other place is 10 min away with uber. We ask the owner to refund our transportation to there, and he said that he will refund. We sleep in the other apartemen, this other apartement have only sofa bed without bedroom and thats all. No water, nothing. At 5.00 in the morning, we try to reach the owner again for the apartment, because we need to go to the station. But no respons. We decide to go back to the apartment, to see maybe someone can help us to open the door. An old women help us to go into the apartemen that morning, i think she come from other building name "HostnFly"....

😊: Great location, spacious apartment, big beds with clean sheets, smooth communication with the host and clear instructions for the check-in.. 😢: The bathroom was a little dirty and the towels had a weird moldy smell. Also there was construction work going on at the site so when you opened the windows there was a lot of polyvinyl. So not exactly as seen in the photos..

😊: A very clean and very warm apartment with a great location. The host was extremely responsive and answered quickly to all our questions. The metro station is only about a 5-minute walk away. There is a bakery, pharmacy, shops, and restaurants right on the street, which was very convenient. The apartment is just one stop away from the Opera, in a beautiful and pleasant area. We would gladly stay here again!.
