😊: Perfect location! Great view and the apartment has everything one needs. Right downtown so extremely convenient.. 😢: A bit confusing check in where key is on a door at some distance. Needs to be more clear in checkin instructions that the address you choose in "Getting there" is the actual address of the apartment not where to pick up the key....

😊: Super location just metres from waterfront in old port. A quirky two floor apartment great for a couple on a short break. 😢: Nothing. Charming.

😊: The location was exceptional, right at the heart of the city. The appartment was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very good kitchen facilities.. 😢: There was a very serious problem with the breakdown of the lift. It was a very long, spiral staircase and the lack of any kind of lighting made it treacherous to navigate. Carrying luggage up and down was almost impossible. The spiral staircase within the duplex would also raise serious difficulties for anybody with any kind of mobility issues. Guests need to be made aware of this. I am reluctant to rate our stay poorly as we really enjoyed ourselves but these issues are too concerning to be ignored..

😊: Fabulous location with a great terrace overlooking the harbour and towers.. 😢: Having to collect and return the key from a lockbox attached to a child’s bike some distance from the apartment seemed odd..
