MOULIN - Stunning 1 bedroom Apt on the Port - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: The location of the property was excellent, particularly the proximity to the tram for shuttle to the airport and access to the town. The restaurants in the port were great too. Having a washing machine available was a bonus. The aircon unit was a portable one that we had to move into the bedroom at night however the two ceiling fans helped circulate air well.

😊: Location is very good in port. 😢: Many homeless people gather near the building, and some even urinate or sleep under the windows. There were also drunk people outside throughout the night, making it very noisy. It is almost impossible to reach the apartment with luggage because there is no convenient vehicle access and there are many small stairs. There is no proper air conditioning, so the apartment becomes very hot. It also has an unpleasant stale odor. The fabrics did not seem clean, the rugs were dirty, and there was dust everywhere. Late check-in and early check-out are the only options available. Any alternative check-in or check-out time is subject to an additional fee. You should go to other location for key. No money return in any case and big deposit.

Central, clean, well equipped apartment...<br>#128578; We loved the location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, old town, beach and there is a tram station within 100m to get to the airport and shopping area. Although it is close to the restaurants, it was not noisy and we slept with the windows open.<br>#128577; We didn't really have a view, except onto the apartments opposite ours. But we were out most of the time so it wasn't a problem.

Accommodation was perfect, bright and airy with lovely dual aspect windows, great facilities and spotlessly clean, there was an air-conditioning unit provided in the living room area with a ceiling fan in both living room and bedroom. Large smart TV in LR and BR with French channels, however you can log into your own Netflix account if needed. A Bose speaker is also provided for your tunes. Appartement agréable mais très chaud...<br>#128578; L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas du tram et des bus. La vieille-ville est aussi accessible rapidement à pied. Supermarché, restaurants, boulangerie et boucherie à proximité et de bonne qualité. Equipement très complet (il manque juste des sous-plats).<br>#128577; Le nettoyage du sol du living est à revoir. Nous avons retrouvé de nombreux cheveux de femme et pas mal de poussière dans certains coins. La salle de bain et la chambre étaient quant à elles nickel. Airco portatif. Il faudrait investir dans un système de climatisation digne de ce nom. Car avec la canicule cela n'aide pas beaucoup, de plus la petite fenêtre par laquelle sort le tuyau de rejet d'air chaud n'est pas du tout prévue à cet effet et toute la chaleur extérieure rentre ...

Unser Aufenthalt in Nizza hat...<br>#128578; Super Lage, direkt am Port de Nice, welchen man auch aus dem Fenster sehen kann. Die Altstadt ist über einen schönen Spaziergang direkt an der Promenade innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar. Schöne Restaurants und Einkaufsläden in der Nähe. Nachts trotz Lage sehr ruhig. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch die Bahn ist nicht weit von dem Apartment entfernt, ca. 3 min zu Fuß.<br>#128577; Die Parksituation in Nizza ist sehr herrausfordernd, da es nicht viele Parkplätze in den Straßen für Besucher hat und die Parkscheine nicht länger als 3 Stunden gelten.
