😊: The property is clean, and well-equipped for solo staying. Location's excellent as well as it's easy to find, and close to multiple public transport options. Staff was responsive on the app. I requested early check-in and was provided with this flexibility as there were no occupants the night before. Also, the sound isolation of the apartment is not excellent so there can be a bit of noise from water pipes or upstairs. It wasn't disturbing for me but in case anyone is sensitive to the aural environment then here's a note to take.. 😢: An important thing one should take into account before booking is that, a €500 pre-authorised caution will be requested through a link where you put in your bank details, and €500 will appear to be "on hold" in your account. The link was sent to me only 2 hours prior to check-in and there was no mention in the property's booking.com profile. As the check-in process is totally autonomous, the check-in instructions will only be given after authorising the caution, and the booking of this property is non-refundable. So that was a bit stressful for me. I asked the staff if they can indicate where this is mentioned on the profile but they only came back saying that's just a deposit in case of any damage. Therefore if you decide to go on booking this property, please do plan this extra €500 in the budget..
