😊: The apartment is quiet. I love that. It is also close to Grenoble main stations (15 min walking). The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen furniture looks new and modern.. 😢: I couldn't watch any TV channel, only some apps installed. The staff gave instructions, but the instructions did not work, or are very difficult to follow. I felt some resistance to communicating in English. Although I love French, I cannot speak or understand French. Automatic translation is not available for me in the Booking app. For international guests please use English or translate the messages for them. Bear in mind that visitors won't have a good wifi connection all the time either because they are not in the apartment or because it may be difficult to switch to Google translator just to translate a message that could have been translated by the staff. English is the standard for international communication, whether we like it or not. I was the limit to lose my temper for that..

😊: The apartment was well-equipped and the location is quite cool, at the bottom of the cable car. The apartment was clean with plenty of amenities (laundry, etc.).. 😢: As a 1.9 m man, I did not fit on the bunk beds. Some other minor issues: the bathroom door doesn't close properly, the toilet paper holder doesn't work. There were some sketchy neighbours coming and going at all times of night. The apartment door isn't too well sealed, so you can hear footsteps. We also loudly heard fornication through the bathroom window (maybe this was a bonus)..

😊: The sofa bed was wonderfully comfortable, thank you! The beds for the kids were so cozy and original..

😊: Location brilliant.. 😢: One very minor improvement Only 1 mug - could have done with some more.
