😊: Located in a quiet multiunit complex, large lawn/treed area at the back with seasonal pool and a few playground structures. 10 minute walk into St Jean and grocery store. Kitchen well equipped, bring your own coffee, tea, bath, soap and towel. Laundry machine is great, bring your own detergent. Property could sleep 4 with two in a double bed and two on sofas or one sofa bed. Nice covered patio overlooking the lawn and pool. We slept comfortably on the two sofas. Bed looked comfy too. The property was clean when we arrived. Host was unable to meet us on arrival but provided good communication about how to access the property. Edit - My mistake on mentioning bring your own towel. Nice towels were provided at no extra fee.. 😢: A few packets of instant coffee and some laundry detergent would be helpful. As Camino pilgrims we were not packing such extras with us. Shortly before arrival we were advised of a 25E cleaning fee if we did not clean the unit ourselves when departing. I do not recall seeing that on the booking.com site. Not opposed to this practice but is should be clearly stated and visible in the property description. Cleaning supplies were provided and we used the disinfecting cleaning product in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. I wonder if other guests do or the host does so after??.

😊: Location was wonderful- an easy walk to the old town, yet very quiet. Grocery store was a couple minutes walk away. View from the balcony was lovely.. 😢: This could be a fabulous place with a few additions. It was very hot outside and there was no fan. The kitchen is well equipped, but there was no coffee or paper towels. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Also, more toilet paper should be available. I was only there mornings and night, yet there was barely enough for my stay..
