😊: The apartment is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. It is close to the town centre, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.. 😢: The check-in system feels a bit like the tasks of an escape game. Otherwise, all good..

😊: The apartment was big and prefect size for a family with kids that aren't too young as stairs are really steep. The apartment was very clean apart from mould growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The price was good for a family.. 😢: We found it very hard to find the apartment as directions and instructions were sent to us in French on a WhatsApp message. We had to use copy and paste to Google translate while figuring out where we were. We couldn't seem to get the WiFi working on our phones and the parking was two steets away. The stairs were really steep. The mould on ceiling over sink in bathroom..

😊: Honestly nothing.. 😢: I have never stayed in such an uncomfortable place. The flat lies in a block where there are restaurants on the ground floor, and the smell is awful throughout the day. If you keep the windows close, which they are most of the time, the place is really damp and linen and towels smells of damp. The celing in the bathroom has visible mould. We did not dare to explore the kitchen facilities much. The place can do with a professional cleaning and serious refurbishment, rather than tatty decorative patch up.. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The whole house was squeaky. Also, the flat is organised over 3 floors with really steep stairs, for us, with a 2 years old was a nightmare as there were no gates at the top or bottom of the stairs. There is private parking, but two roads down, you need to collect the keys from a locker, park the car up a steep ramp and then go to the flat..if you have luggage and you are there for a short stay, really it is not worth the hassle. The location is quite central, 10 mins away from the square, but the area it is not the best and there are not many shops around. Nancy is pretty, but you can visit it in half a day. Finally the host, never got in touch until the day before arrival, despite sending messages, which, frankly, it is not good enough, and it does really reflect of the poor quality of the facilities. Booking.com customer service was appalling and unhelpful when we were concerned about our booking since we could not get an answer from the host; their solution was to relocate us, only if, once arrived at the place, there were going to be problems with the host (for problems, I mean not to be able to get physically into the house, not the house being unsuitable for hosts itself). The reviews need reading in full. The only truthful parts on them are the negative aspects. I wish we had left first thing in the morning, but coming from a long trip, we needed a break, although it was not actually restful..

😊: Very uncomplicated. 😢: Quite loud in the morning with open windows, so an easy to solve problem.:-).
