Roseline is a great host. The location for the city was perfect. The museum Narbonne Via is the best Roman history I’ve ever seen. The covered market, Les Halles, is a gem if you’re a foodie

Roseline is the perfect host who went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Prior to our arrival she provided her E-mail and mobile number so we could communicate easily. On our arrival, she met us at the rail station to take us to the apartment and dropped us off there again after our stay . She had provided fresh fruit, water and wine for our arrival. After dropping off our luggage Roseline took us to the supermarket to get some shopping which was above and beyond . The apartment was perfect for my husband and I, comfortable beds, nice linens and well equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and pool . Throughout our stay Roseline was available for any queries we had but did not intrude in any way .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement où rien ne manquait. La piscine est l'atout majeur de cette location, le top pour se rafraîchir vu la chaleur qu'il faisait en juillet dans le Sud! A 30 mètres de la maison se trouve un beau petit parc dans lequel se promener et emmener vos enfants faire de la balançoire ou du toboggan ! La plage n'est pas très loin en voiture, nous y avons été plusieurs fois. La maison est conforme à la description, aucune mauvaise surprise une fois sur place! Roseline, la propriétaire des lieux nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été très disponible et sympathique lors de notre séjour. Merci pour tout à nouveau 🙂

Communication from Roseline was very good even prior to arrival, and was out to greet us the moment we arrived, showed us the place and then although she lives in the apartment above, was very respectful of privacy from then on, but also very friendly when we did see her. For us the apartment was perfect, and it was very cool inside even when outside temperature was above 30 deg. Also great to have a pool to ourselves and the small courtyard. The upstairs where the rooms are is good size, but travellers should be aware that it is not two separate bedrooms, but two beds out of sight of each other and separated by a screen. This suited us well and would suit many families, but might not suit others so good to be aware. Narbonne itself was also very nice, and if you have a car its an easy 25 minute drive to the beach. Overall a very nice break and if we are in Narbonne in the future we would want to stay here again.

The outside terrace and pool were very enjoyable, though in June the pool was too cold for us to do more than put our feet in. The one downside is if you are tall the upper floor has beams that are only 5’-11” clear (180 cm) and you have to duck when you walk under them. Great location easy to walk to the center of town. Roseline our host even met us at the train station and drove us there. Wonderful of her.

We enjoyed a perfect week at this property in Narbonne. As other reviewers have noted, Roseline could not have been a better host - always available but careful of our privacy and never intrusive. The apartment is perfectly located for excellent access to Narbonne's many markets, shops and restaurants - all within a 5-minute walk. It is also easy to get out of Narbonne by car and it therefore makes a good base to explore nearby villages and towns or to head for the coast. The courtyard pool is a real bonus at the end of a long day - a great place to cool off. We would recommend this apartment - either for a couple or a couple with small children. Two couples might feel a lack of privacy. Overall it was a very enjoyable week and we would have no hesitation in strongly recommending this apartment to others looking to enjoy a few days exploring Narbonne and its lovely surroundings.
