Nature et sérénité entre lac et montagne, grande terrasse et jardin de 6000 m2

We had such a wonderful time in this beautifully located and lovingly furnished house with a fantastic view and a very nice pool. We lacked nothing and the owners were absolutly charming, helpful and accommodating! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We would love to come back!

We had a fabulous family holiday. Property was excellent. Only thing missing was the hot tub which was advertised but wasn’t there. Would thoroughly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The garden was particularly enjoyable, surrounded by nature, peaceful and also great views. When it’s hot outside stepping into the house, which remains cool at all times due to its thick walls and shutters, is so enjoyable! The master bedroom with its dressing room and huge en suit bathroom is exquisite. The owner was an extremely nice man who took the time out to meet us at the property to show us around. The location is also perfect for trips to Annecy where the lake is stunning. Thank you to the owners for the use of their house - we had a very relaxing holiday.

Wir hatten das Haus mit 6 Personrn genutzt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage, großer Garten und tolle Aussicht. Christian stand für Fragen immer kurzfristig zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist eine wirkliche Empfehlung wert!

Beautiful house and pool in a quiet rural location. Very helpful owners. Lots to see and do around Annecy. A most enjoyable stay.

Although we were sadly not able to stay due to lack of passports our friends still visited this holiday home. They were more than pleased with it and would love to book this home again. The location was convenient but far away to enjoy wildlife and wonderful views. The pool was nice and the interior was full of interesting artworks from the owners travels, which was perhaps the reason for the security cameras in all of the communal spaces. The owners kindly let one couple check in early due to a disastrous complication with luggage etc. due to the travel chaos at Manchester airport. Although you should arrive after 4pm. The area is nice and there is lots to do in Annecy. Great stay would recommend.

We had a great time here with our family of four (kids 5 and 8) Christian and Sylvie were very nice to wait for us after an unexpected delayed with our flight arrival 🙏 The house felt like home, it’s very well equipped and the beautiful scenery makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The supermarket is within 5 mins driving distance with local bakery and small shops. it’s also a short drive to Annecy which is a must see. The house has plenty of space for the kids to run outside and enjoy nature, the pond with frogs was a daily fun, and although the pool was a little cold for the parents the kids didn't mind at all. We had very hot couple of days so the pool was perfect but the house was always kept cool. We have save it as one of our favorites to comeback.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison ancienne rénovée et décorée avec goût qui appelle à la détente et à l’évasion. Bien située au calme et proche d’Annecy, la vue est dégagée et superbe. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets. Et la région ne manque pas d’attraits… Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
