Near châteaux and charming villages

😊: A cosy, comfortable and quiet piece of heaven yet still very handy for the chateaux.

😊: This property is perfect. The standard of cleanliness comfort and style are 5 star (check out the bathroom!) Location wise it is perfect too for Chinon. Such a peaceful area. There is no TV of which we loved however the wifi is excellent so bring a laptop if you wish to catch up on TV/Media. Our hosts Martin and Carmen were brilliant. SO helpful, Sociable and making sure we enjoyed our stay. They recommended many things for us to try. Parking is good. Lots of space for two cars. Being frequent visitors to the region we don't think from now we would want to stay anywhere else. You won't be disappointed :-). 😢: The only thing we thought would have been useful was a parasol however this is Merely an observation. There is nothing to dislike about this property..

😊: The new shower arrangement was excellent, as was the water pressure. There was also off road parking which was very useful for loading and unloading the car. The wifi worked well.. 😢: The beds were very low and the stair case was very narrow and steep. Additionally, the top of the stairs was situated right outside the main bedroom door, which required very special care when exiting the bedroom, especially in the middle of the night, if half asleep. Although it did not trouble us, there was no (digital) television..
