Great location for sightseeing Montpellier, Nimes, Avignon and many other places (close to the main roads and highways). Close to shopping malls (Auchan, Lidl). Walking distance from the Pérols city center (bakery, pizzeria). The closest beach is reachable by foot (~2 km). The apartment itself looks exactly as on the pictures and it is very well equipped. Height restrictions might apply for the garage gate as well (ca. 2 meters max). Residence de standing récente a l’architecture innovante. Hôte disponible et agréable. Le nécessaire était disponible pour notre arrivée (café gel douche etc) . Je recommande.
