New villa 5mn from the beach-Pyrenees view

😊: As a new build, it was in good condition, well-equipped.. 😢: Better cleaning - edge of shower tray dirty, coffee splashes on wall beside dishwasher, splashback in kitchen and around handle of cupboard unclean, masonry dust on bathroom tiles. A wash bowl in kitchen sink would have reduced water use, also additional cutlery would have meant less dishwasher use. A small table and chairs on balcony would have been welcome..
