What a treat of an...<br>#128578; We felt spoilt, what a fantastic view from every angle and such a comfortable apartment. Easy parking, quick walk down to the lake; free bus to annecy town centre and supermarkets / Boulangerie down the road. We didn’t use the car once we arrived. The kids loved paddle boarding and swimming in the lake which was lovely clear and warm. We rented bikes at the bottom of the road and cycled round lake annecy. Totally recommended :). And Jacqueline and Oliver gave us a warm welcome.<br>#128577; The road around the lake was quite noisy (but we do live in the quiet countryside at home!) And McDonald’s was at the bottom of the hill to the lake. Great if you like McDonald’s, noisy if you don’t. Don’t let that put you off though, it didn’t spoil anything. We had been warned that Annecy roads were busy in summer. We would also have preferred bigger tea cups and wine glasses but that’s a tiny thing! You know English people love their tea!

Heel veel ruimte en een...<br>#128578; Het appartement Main Floor ligt prachtig hoog boven de oever van het Meer van Annecy met geweldig uitzicht op de bergen aan de overkant van het meer. Het woongedeelte is zeer ruim en is mooi ingericht. Ook de keuken is heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De zeer ruime badkamer is gemaakt van mooie materialen. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid.<br>#128577; Niets, maar het huurtarief in het voorseizoen is hoog.

beautiful views and location, luxury...<br>#128578; location, views, covered decks, all exceptional.<br>#128577; There was exterior sanding and staining going on for most of our stay, which meant noise from early morning to mid afternoon, and scaffolding on one of the decks. This was fine, we were informed in advance, but our room rate should've been adjusted since we couldn't use that deck and the noise was a deterrent. This was not offered. The jacuzzi had a gross tan brown film on the water and edges. The caretaker did address this within a day, but told us the "Change filter" ...
