Nice flat with balcony in Grand Rond neighborhood in Toulouse - Welkeys

Good<br>#128578; Location was good. Bed was comfy. Linen was good.<br>#128577; The apartment was cold. We asked for heating and was told it was communal. We did find later that there was a heater in the kitchen. There was no hair dryer. Lack of tourist information. It could have done with better cleaning and dusting. There were dead flowers in the vase when we arrived.
