😊: The only truly positive aspect was the location. The supermarket was within walking distance, and the beach was nearby as well. The overall accessibility was convenient.. 😢: Our stay at this apartment in Nice was extremely disappointing. From the start, things were in poor condition and clearly not cleaned properly. The sink and almost all surfaces including the utensils, stove grid and kettle were completely calcified. We had to buy our own utensils just to cook. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly and there was visible mold in the shower absolutely unacceptable. On the very first day, we lost hours trying to fix basic problems. The mattress was so thin and hard that it felt like sleeping on the floor. The apartment was extremely dusty, one closet barely opened or closed, and everything felt outdated and broken. The air conditioning barely worked, and when a handyman came to fix it, we saw that the filters were completely full of dust clear evidence that the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. To make it worse, the handyman was rude and even cursed out loud while leaving the elevator incredibly unprofessional behavior. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at first, later it was unstable, and we were told to unplug it every time we left the apartment which made no sense. The “private beach” mentioned in the listing turned out to be two regular public beach clubs, where we had to pay for sun loungers like any other visitor. That’s not a private beach just misleading advertising. Another issue was the iron: it leaked a strange liquid the first time I used it, which bleached my red skirt. Just another sign of how poorly maintained everything was. To make matters worse, we had to wait seven hours at the airport before check-in because early check-in wasn’t allowed. And when we finally arrived, we were met with a dirty and neglected apartment. Communication with the hosts was a complete disaster: On Booking we were told to write on WhatsApp, then on WhatsApp we were told to write on Booking. Even after multiple messages and providing all our booking details, they kept pretending not to know who we were..

😊: Great, quiet location near the port on the 6th floor, accessed via lift or stairs. Beautifully decorated and planned, with a nice view of the hill outside. Would definitely stay again.. 😢: Pillows could have been more comfortable, but that’s the only thing, the rest is perfect..
