NICE RENTING - PHILIBERT - Elegant Spacious Quiet Near the Port Free Parking - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: The apartment was roomy and primely located, close to the tram stop, buzz of the city centre with lots of restaurants to choose from and not far from nearest beach too. Also, we appreciated regular hangers (not the locked in ones) and room for clothes :) A great tiny cafe was also nearby - for breakfast.. 😢: It seemed to have had better days behind it. Needed a new lick of paint, the door did not close without locking it first and the bedroom's air conditioner did not cool (in the living room it did). Kitchen was cramped and had no dishwasher. It was also very noisy, only possible to sleep with airplugs..

😊: Simply an excellent place to stay in Nice. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The parking place was a huge advantage and absolutely essential for staying nearby the Old Nice. The location could not have been better, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place..

😊: Location. 😢: We had a very disappointing experience with this property and had to leave after the first night of a five-night stay. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, but it was not functioning to an acceptable standard — it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially for our baby, and we couldn’t sleep at all. When we contacted the host, the response was delayed and the advice given didn’t fix the problem. We ended up booking another place and leaving the apartment early. In addition, the apartment had a strong unpleasant smell, the towels were very old and fraying, and the bathroom was poorly maintained, with fixtures falling apart. These issues made the stay even more uncomfortable. After leaving, we asked for a refund for the four nights we didn’t use, but the host refused. We also noticed a few other reviews mentioning the same issue with the air conditioning, so it seems this is not a new or isolated problem. Would not recommend this place — it was not as advertised, and definitely not worth the price we paid..

Perfect apartment in Old Nice...<br>#128578; The apartment is in a great location near Old Nice and the port and offers plenty of space for a couple. The apartment also includes parking in a locked area below the building which offers added comfort and security. It was close to all of the main attractions as well as public transportation. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nice!

I can only say positive things. great location, close to everything, tram, shops, buses…I can only recommend it, because everything was super comfortable, including the beds. The owner was very very nice!!<br>#128577; There is no possibility to store luggage in the apartman after after check-out, but the owner gives suggestions where it is possible (a few meters from the apartment) So it was okay!
