Nicolaï Arles centre

😊: Lovely and spacious house in the centre of Arles but without noise. The large rooms have windows opening onto a beautiful internal courtyard. The amphitheater is three minute's minute's walk away.. 😢: It was obvious that the property was handled by an agency rather than an owner. Oversights in cleaning have built up grime over time. For example, dirt on the grout on floors and kitchen surfaces have been allowed to accumulate due to quick mopping and wiping instead of being kept under control by a thorough cleaning. The sheets are fresh and clean, while the bedding, which is stored in a bedroom cupboard for tenants to pick through, has noticeable stains from previous tenant use which is not acceptable. Should these problems be addressed the place would be near perfect..

😊: Cute place in the heart of Arles. All rooms with AC. Very comfortable for a short or longer stay. Owner is very responsive. We enjoyed it very much.. 😢: The TV is in the bed room. Would have made more sense to have it in the living room downstairs..
