😊: The position it's ok, inside the old town. On the other, the area it is quite unsafe, and left abandoned. I won't suggest this location for a family. 😢: I can say a lot, but I can mention that I left one day before the day of the check out. This accommodation is the typical example of fast turism, zero investment, and max earn return: poor accessibility (endless narrow stairs to reach the room), no fire safety, no services.

😊: Fantastic location in the centre of Grasse! Sonia was super helpful and we could check in earlier. We were lucky to be staying on the night Le Bal des Pompiers - which was a brilliant night out! It wasn’t really advertised so we were fortunate to find it. The apartment has every amenity you could wish for.. 😢: The shower door doesn’t close, I was very worried about flooding the bathroom floor. The shower drainage is very slow, so I stopped the water flow mid shower to make sure it didn’t flood out too. This is worth sorting out. Everything else was perfect for a few nights stay.

😊: I absolutely loved this little apartment. It was really cosy, it had everything I needed to prepare breakfast with a little coffee machine and to cook a small meal for myself. It was really clean as well. Air con worked brilliantly. The sofa bed is really comfy. The location is excellent. It felt like coming home after long days of adventures. The apartment is small, it's just one room that functions as living room and bedroom with a kitchen in the corner, so if you're travelling together as a couple or friends that needs to be taken into consideration. I would feel absolutely comfortable staying here with my partner.. 😢: There is nothing that I disliked but could potentially be a hinderance for others. The stair case up to the flat is a bit steep and not accessible for people with mobility impairments. The shower door opened sometimes in the middle of showering and the pans weren't recognised by the induction hob but I could still use the pots of various sizes to cook a meal and those things are an easy fix really..
