Noa : Joli studio cosy avec chambre

😊: Overall nice, color coordinated design of the apartment. Even the bed cloth and towels were matching :). There was soap, shampoo, body wash and dish soap for our disposal and a washing machine. Nice big and warm blanket. There is a table to sit and eat and even a small foldable desk, which was very convenient. The fridge was nice and clean. We had enough space for all our things. The check-in and communication with the host was very friendly, easy and comfortable. There were many shops and bus stops in close proximity.. 😢: For two people, the sofa had to be used as a bed, since the small bed in the extra room is a single bed only. We knew that, but unfortunately the sofa was not very comfortable and also not very stable. It is not possible to sit on the side of the bed without tipping over. The cushions were too hard to sleep on. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very bad smell and not even a window, only a poorly functioning ventilation. We were also missing hooks for our towels. For cooking, there were only two small and scratched pots without a lid. Also not many cups, knives etc. Since we mostly wanted to cook dinner in the apartment during and stayed for more than a week, this was a bit inconvenient. The street outside was a bit loud. Overall, the apartment looked like it had been very nice and thoughtfully designed some time ago, but felt half-heartedly equipped and a bit worn out now. For ~50€ a night it was still ok once we got used to it and we had an overall good time, but we would probably not book it again..

😊: Self check-in and Wi-Fi were good. 😢: The smell of cigarettes in the property, including a bathroom and a refrigerator. Sleeping place was ready for only one person out of three. No sheets for two other guests. Air conditioning wasn’t making a room cool enough. The entrance to the property was from very dirty yard. Cups in the kitchen were very old and with defects, not safe to drink from them. Pest reject against cockroaches were spotted in the property. The host asks to throw away the garbage but no instructions where is the nearest trash disposal is not given. The street is very lively and the noise is throughout the night..

😊: The flat is located on the first floor. The windows (sound tight) are on the side of a busy street. Personally, this did not bother us. The contact with the owner (or the person in charge of the flat) was very good🙂. Prompt and friendly. The flat has a washing machine, large smart TV, kitchenette, air conditioner. It is about 15 minutes walk to the metro station. We can also get to the centre by tram. The keys to the flat are hidden in a locker, so checking in is quick and easy. The hot water is probably from a boiler that heats the water. There is no problem with too hot or too cold water when taking a shower.. 😢: As for the sleeping area, it is a single bed in a sort of annexe separated from the living room (without a window), measuring roughly: 2m x 1.5m. The other sleeping area is a sofa bed in the living room which is rather unsuitable for sleeping. OK, two people can sleep on it, but it is unstable. When the sofa is unfolded, two people have to lie down. When only one person lies on the front the sofa tilts (something like on a swing). So in order not to roll off the sofa , the other person has to lie on the other half of the sofa at the same time. We found this funny. You could say that it is more of a studio than a flat. Despite the separate single bed it is rather unsuitable for three people. Too cramped. But if someone doesn't need more space then three people will also sleep here. The surrounding area is rather quiet. The most dangerous is in the centre, by the old harbour..
