Great value and lovely apartment<br>#128578; Lots of space and the apartment was very nice and in great condition.<br>#128577; Getting from the street to the apartment went through 3 or 4 locks and codes which was not difficult but a bit of a hassle but I got used to it quickly.

😊: Very comfortable. Quite close to the main places in the city.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Excellent base for visiting Marseilles. A short walk from the port. The apartment is very spacious, in immaculate condition, and spotlessly clean. Could not have wished for a better place to stay. Great communication also from our host, before and during our stay.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: The apartment is well presented and a good location. It feels secure due to the number of code doors you need to go through to access the apartment.. 😢: I feel the apartment could have been better cleaned prior to arrival-there were also messages from the host about the previous guests having left pillows in the apartment and requiring access, this wasn’t an issue but surely if the previous guests leave things this should have been removed when the apartment was cleaned before our arrival. I also found the process of getting access to the apartment on the day of arrival quite worrying, it’s not very clear whether someone is going to meet you or you will be given a code for a key box. I did send a message ahead of arrival but this was not answered but codes/info provided shortly after the check-in time. I think the information ahead of arrival could be clearer to prevent this worry. The entrance areas need some work and I felt it smelled & was poor compared to the interior of the apartment itself..

😊: Good location with easy access. Apartment is clean and well equipped.. 😢: Two days before arrival they require a security deposit of 500 Euros which is refunded after you leave. This should be made clear at the time of booking No soap or toilet paper. The toilet paper was delivered later but this is unacceptable No possibility to store luggage on the day of check out. Staff gave us the address of a storage service but when we went there it was closed!.
