Normandy, Manche, Quinéville, beach 50m, Ste Mère Eglise, landing beach

Second time we've stayed here with our teenagers and dogs. Great accommodation and location, good sized garden for dogs and football. Comfortable and clean,nothing fancy which is exactly what we need. Location just few mins from the beach is great. Also excellent location for loads of day trips and for D Day beaches. Recommended. We'll definitely be back. Hosts v helpful and communicative

The sofas in this gite are incredibly uncomfortable and not as the photo shown on website entry for the gite . The mattress in the larger bed is also incredibly uncomfortable. Most of the utensils in the kitchen are damaged by use and unhygienic. The kitchen is badly organised and was not that clean with the tiles behind the sink and the bin in a very dirty condition. Two of the light fittings did not work. Unbelievably there is absolutely nowhere to hang clothes - and the area at the top of the stairs which is filled by a spare bed, ironing board bed line#n, duvets and pillows does not qualify. The patio area was covered in weeds and unsightly. When I arrived I tried to use the parasol which was broken and in a dangerous condition. on the plus side Luc and his friend immediately changed this for a working parasol. But the patio furniture were all very worn, rusty and discoloured by years in the sun. It was certainly not worth the amount that I paid for it.
