😊: Location is perfect: maximum 10 min to go to the beach, to the old town or center city by foot, in a calm street. Appartment very comfortable and very clean, with everything you need. It was very nice to be again with things from childhood (games, VHS, PS1). A very good break here!. 😢: Perfection doesn't exist, thus the only negative point is phonic isolation from the building hall is not that good as we hear anyone coming to or leaving the building..

😊: Awesome decorations; quite location; nearby points of interests;. 😢: If you are a light sleeper, the floors upstairs are squeaky and neighbor walks at night :) But one can sleep also downstairs where it is quiet.
