We had a great stay, the property is well maintained, clean, with plenty of space. Easy access to the lake & free bus available in July and August which is a real bonus as the traffic & parking in annecy is challenging. Would definitely recommend

Everything we needed and perfect location.

The host is very welcoming and responsive. The communal part of the apartment is spacious with many patio doors leading to the enclosed outdoor area. Everything is in perfect working order and the utility room is an added bonus. The property looks less attractive in reality than it does on the website but is perfectly functional. Note there are no toilets in the ensuites and the televisions are in each bedroom rather than in the communal area.

Great communication from start to finish, Sandrine was friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Lovely apartment, as advertised, very comfortable and had all we needed. Located in town so very near bakers, supermarkets, ski hire. 30 min drive to local le Semnoz to ski or about an hour to le grand Bornand, where we skied several times and did night skiing too. Great place for a week away with the family.
