😊: The location is absolutely wonderful. Kitchen equipped with everything. 😢: Pillow were very low quality, was difficult to sleep. Also not great to make a large check list what to do in the end. I believe leaving apartment clean and just the trash bag inside is enough..

😊: The city. 😢: The room was old and small.The price was too high for what was offered. Paking was not included in the price..

😊: My stay here felt like I was at home - I felt at ease and comfortable. I was recommended the property by a colleague who stayed here previously, and I am so grateful for that. The flat is conveniently located close to the Colmar old town, and we were out and about in just a few steps, while also being easily accessible from the train station. I was slightly daunted by the check in system at first, but we received instructions with all necessary information, which made our first entrance smooth. We appreciated the coffee machines and the cosy balcony overlooking the town :) Overall, it was very safe, comfortable and pleasant, and our communication with the landlord was informative and kind.. 😢: /.

😊: It was extremely clean, well equipped and in a good location.. 😢: It may have been down to my ineptitude but I really struggled to get into the property. I was sent a PIN number but then a telephone number. I could not get that to work. Once in the building I eventually found all the instruments for accessing the apartment itself yet it took me 7 attempt to manage it. I was so nervous of not getting back in that despite arriving quite early I dare not go back out again that day for fear of not getting back in. The next day I managed to get back in the building yet once again it took many attempts to get into the apartment. I think it would be absolutely fine for couples as once they were in one could stand outside to practice the combination whilst the other was inside - not ideal for solo travellers though, particularly if not very good with technology. This was a shame as everything else was perfect for my needs..
