😊: Outdoor deck for sitting and eating.. 😢: Some kitchen facilities could be improved eg a kettle.

😊: Tranquil, private, close to Dinan but quiet. Initial reaction was that it was small. But once we had moved in we realized that there were useful shelves and surfaces and places to put things. It was cool at night in the very hot weather and great to sit outside under the large sitting area watching the owl and hearing woodpeckers etc.. 😢: Can't really think of anything sensible! Could have done with a kettle..

😊: Location. Off road parking.

😊: Nice quiet location, beautiful outside space and ample parking.. 😢: Nothing, all good..
