O'Vineyards BB Carcassonne

Great stay- 5 stars- booking...<br>#128578; Liz and Joe were wonderful hosts and we had a great morning learning about them and their winery. we'd love to return again someday:)<br>#128577; the only complaint is about booking.com! We made a reservation and it did not alert the winery, so Liz and Joe were totally surprised when we arrived that evening - the room we requested and successfully booked online was not actually available because the previous family had just left. Luckily, they had an available room and we paid the difference, because it was more expensive. Am not going to pursue booking.com for difference but we were not happy with the online app's screwup.
