😊: Place looks nice and is clean.. 😢: I would not recommend this apartment for warm periods of the year. The owner told us that the apartment would not be too hot even if it has no air conditioning and no fans. The owner did not provide us with a fan even though we requested the day before our arrival. The apartment turned out to be very hot and the only windows are facing a very brightly lit interior courtyard. We tried to open the windows during the night but after a very large moth settled on my back we had to close them again. I rent apartments to sleep in them and if I don't get any sleep I have to give a corresponding rating as a consequence. Also the owners should do something about the ants that are everywhere before they become a serious problem..

😊: There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we loved the location right in the centre of Agen.. 😢: You have to get lucky to find a parking spot nearby and it’s all paying around there….

😊: It was in the perfect location Very spacious. 😢: Limited coffee and tea Didn't tell us apartment no so had to call to find out.

😊: Extremely good value for the price. 😢: A faint smell of smoke throughout the appartement.
