Old country house of 120 m² in a small hamlet, large garden

We had very nice communication with the owner. Had been met as agreed by the site. Check in and out worked flawlessly. Great property, charming as in description. We had a great time and fully recommend it

Chilled out week. Had some nice ride outs on the bike, played pool at night.

We really loved staying in this house. The pooltable was great! We spend several days in Paris and visit Étretat. Paris is an 1 hour drive and Étretat 1 hour and 50 minutes. The host speaks English and was very friendly.

We were met by the owner's neighbour and shown around the property, which was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We made good use of the kitchen facilities and produce from the garden, enjoying meals around the kitchen table. We made very good use of the pool table and board games in the evening and the garden in the daytime/early evening. We would recommend this property to couples or families for socialising and entertaining young children. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very nice old historic house. Big garden with enough place to play badminton, lay in the sun on the sun beds, and dine at the eating area. The house offers enough place for 5 persons, and is well equiped with kitchen supplies. There are also a lot of books, most of them in French. There are several hikes in the area, also directly from the house. We've seen deer, some hares, a wild boar, pheasant, some of them even from the kitchen window overlooking the fields. We've visited the Versailles palace, the house and gardens of Monet in Giverny, and Vernon is also a nice place to visit. We spent a day at the coast, in Deauville wich is about an hour and a half drive from Gaudreville-la-Riviere. It has a very nice beach. Communication with the owner Nicolas was easy and pleasant. We can definitely recommend this house if you like peace and quiet and a vintage style!

We had a relaxed time in the house, cooking, reading, playing Billard and especially the large garden is very nice. We had a nice welcome and the communication with Nicolas is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful house in a very quite location, very well equipped with just about everything you could think of. Owner was very nice and helpful, returning my sunglasses which I left behind. Very good value for money.
