Old Town Nice Place Rossetti Themed 2BR Apartment Full Air Conditioning

😊: Great location. 😢: No day light.

😊: The accomodation was clean and nicely decorated. The host was friendly and responsive.. 😢: One of the two bedrooms was on the street side above bars and there was loud music and chatting until 4-5 AM. We had to move to the couch in the living room. They left ear plugs for us on the bed, but it was impossible to sleep there..

😊: Location was superb, had everything we needed. Had a lovely homely feeling.. 😢: There was a sewer smell coming up through the pipes in the shower/sink room..

😊: Super central, therefore also a bit noisy in the street-sided bedroom in the evening/during night time (but bed was prepared with ear plugs). Very clean and well equipped apartment and a kind host!. 😢: It was all good! Just a little bit of noise in one of the bedrooms..

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet (auch mit Klimaanlage) und liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Ist mit Öffis od zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen, nicht weit zum Aussichtshügel und zum Strand. Super Lage!

Very well equipped and spacious...<br>#128578; Very spacious appartment in close to the center of Old town of Nice and close to the Rue d'Anglais. Many sightseeing locations and bars/restaurants nearby to entertain you during your stay. Nearby there are plenty of parking garages that can also be booked in advance (we parked in the Interpark Sulzer).<br>#128577; The AC didn't cool the rooms as much as I expceted from an AC, it remained pretty hot inside despite the AC beeing on. Opposite to the appartment is a bar/night club, according to my travel buddy he was awake on friday and faturday night between 03h30 and 04h00 because of the noise outside. You are expected to do the dishes, run laundy, take out trash etc. yourself before checkout, in my opinion those services should be included in the cleaning fee and be taken care of by host.

Perfect for a few nights...<br>#128578; Great location in old town just steps away from the markets, shops, restaurants, and bars. Only a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating providing extra mattress for reasonable fee.<br>#128577; It was in a little rowdier section so would not recommend if you have young children.
