Great rooms , warm and spacious, owner was great and helpful

Comfortable gîte and a charming...<br>#128578; Good location, although a little far from the town centre of Vouvant. Very good, efficient welcome from the lady caretaker: Sue. Lovely little terrace looking out to the fields: this was great! Good facilities nearby: restaurant, bar, swimming pool.<br>#128577; The bedroom was very small, so was the toilet. Ok for a short time, though.

Beautiful stay in the gites<br>#128578; The property was lovely. It had all the amenities we required- a little kitchenette with all the cutlery/ pots/ pans/ crockery/ glasses required, a small hob and fridge freezer. There was a lovely sized living area and small veranda out the back with lovely views of the village, table and chairs and deck chairs. We were also able to go across the road to use the pool at the restaurant complex for free (others using the pool had to be a customer of the restaurant and buy food or ...<br>#128577; It was very hot when we stayed and a fan in the room would have been nice (there wasn’t one). As the bedroom is at the front of the property, there is a wooden shutter for security and privacy. Although probably safe enough, we didn’t feel comfortable opening this at night as it was easy for anyone to climb in and therefore we struggled to get air flow and the bedroom was very hot.

Au vert dans la légende,...<br>#128578; L'emplacement est superbement situé, l'accueil de la gérante Patricia formidable car à l'écoute, disponible, réactive et très sympathique ainsi que Freddy qui s'est très vite rendu disponible pour un petit soucis interne au gîte, avec le sourire. Tout est confortable, infrastructure moderne, propre avec une touche déco personnalisée, rétro et artistique appréciable....détente assurée avec la petite terrasse privative....et l'accès (en saison) du site juste en face du Village...<br>#128577; Il est précisé sur le site de réservation, qu'un sèche-cheveux était fournit et ce n'était pas le cas. Il manque, comme équipement basiques que l'on trouve ailleurs, un grille pain, 1 sèche cheveux, 1 carafe de taille normale.... Il serait beaucoup plus sécuritaire d'ôter la porte battante de la douche qui oblige à se "faxer" pour y entrer (les personnes corpulentes n'y arriveraient pas) et qui ne pourrait pas s'ouvrir entièrement si la personne fait un ...
