Omaha Beach - Gite de la Forge & rooftop privé

😊: The gites is perfect- the little touches added by Frank and Caroline were amazing-the games machine, the complimentary wine, the branded glasses- everything is 5 star! Beautifully appointed this Gites is a must if visiting the beaches-. 😢: Nothing.

😊: An exceptional place, quiet village but ideally located for getting around normandy. The Gite was stunning. Excellent facilities, amazing host, very nice place to stay. Great coffee making equipment, very well furnished kitchen, garden was lovely. The host made us so, so welcome and treated us with little extras as well.. 😢: Nothing, it was brilliant. Highly recommend..

😊: Gite de la Forge is a very nicely restaurated old cottage house situated nearby Omaha beach and the Parc naturel régional des Marais du Contenin and du Bessin. Good acces to the highway to discover the Contenin, but still rural surroundings. The house is excellent equipped with a magnificent kitchen, a comfortable living room and lovely two bedrooms and a nice modern bathroom. You have access to a big garden with large meadow, and also a big private terrace. Guarded private parking in the court yard. If it is true Normandy weather with rain and sun taking turns, you can relax at home playing with the gambling machine or listening to a huge record collection. There are two supermarkets and one bakery nearby (6 and 10min drive by car), the latter also opend sunday mornings. Caroline and Franck made us feel at home and were very helpful. . We received detailed information prior arrival and Caroline gave as a little guided tour of the house when we were there. We definitly would like to come back in the near future.. 😢: everything was perfect!!!!.
