😊: The flat itself was comfortable and well set up for an overnight stay. 😢: The common areas of the building were in poor condition. Someone played loud music from 4.30 to 6 am nearby which was annoying..
😊: Brilliant location in centre of town.. 😢: Needed a good clean and some maintenance. Stairs need to be repaired..
😊: Good location in center of town.. 😢: It was shabby and in need of refurbishment. Some of the appliances didn’t work ( the dishwasher and some kitchen equipment) and the toilet was very dirty. The agent showed me the apartment but didn’t explain how the equipment worked or what to do with trash. There was no documentation regarding how to use equipment etc..
